Q: Now that the 2010 prizes have been given out, will the program continue? Will there be prizes in 2011?
A: We hope so! We are actively seeking partner organizations or volunteers that can help carry this volunteer-led program forward - please contact us if you are interested!

Q: I visited the bike path but the location was closed! Am I still eligible for the prize drawing?
A: Don't fret! We believe in the honor system. Just write the date you visited and sign your initials in the stamp location. If you're under 18, have your parent initial it, and we'll enter you in the drawing once you've gone to three locations.

Q: I visited a location on your path and they didn't have the stamp. What should I do?
A: Just ask them to write the date you visited and sign their business name in the stamp location, we'll honor it for the drawing.

Q: How can I get extra copies of the passport?
A: You can either download and print the passport yourself, or pre-printed copies can be picked up at the Bayside YMCA in Barrington and the Cranston YMCA. If you have a large group, contact us at the email address on the contacts page.

Q: My favorite business is on the path and they'd like to participate. How do they get a stamp?
A: Ask them to write to us at the address on the Contact page and we'll give them the details on how to get a stamp. We'll continue to add locations to the website including "bonus" stamps!

Q: If I send in my original passport for the drawing will I get it back?
A: If you want to keep the passport as a souvenir, please send in a photocopy for the drawing. If that's not possible, just send a self-addressed stamped envelope along with the passport and a quick note asking us to return it.

Q: Can I still get the passport stamped after the prize drawing?

A: Absolutely! Have fun collecting as many stamps as possible.

Q: I'm a participating business and we need a replacement stamp. How do I get a new one?

A: Send email to us at the address on the Contact page and we'll get you a new stamp ASAP! It will take two weeks for delivery, and in the meantime just sign your business name in the stamp location and date it.

Q: Are you going to add my name to a mailing list if we enter the drawing?
A: Definitely not, your privacy is important. We are not going to use your contact information for anything other than notifying the winner of the prize, and we will not send you mail or give your name to any of the participating locations or any other organization.

Q: How many times can I enter the drawing? Is there an age limit?
A: Just one per individual, please. More than one person per family may enter, so go ahead and get everyone's passport stamped! There's no age limit to be eligible for the prize.

Q: I can't tell exactly how to get to the path/parking areas/businesses.
A: More detailed bike path maps with complete information on parking areas and other features are available from RIDOT - just click the link on the left side of this page. Also, the google map link to the left will show all the current participating locations so that you can get directions.
